The business as wholesaler (sub for W & L Sales Co.) was started in 1981 by Edward Eassa & Edward Clifford and hence the name is given as E & E. They started the business in a large warehouse which was once used as storage for a moving company. The whole building which has four commercial spaces was bought in 1986 by Edward Eassa & James Thomas. E & E Discount Beer Warehouse is at prime location in Lebanon County just east of Harrisburg.
